At A Silver Lining, we help older adults advocate for their needs, stay in control of important decisions, and navigate the medical, emotional, and practical challenges of aging with confidence. We also help families who are caring for aging loved ones coordinate support, understand options, and make decisions with clarity. This often includes navigating cognitive changes such as memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease, along with the medical and emotional decisions that follow.

Whether you're managing your own aging journey or supporting a parent or loved one, we're here to be the quarterback who sees the whole field. We collaborate with all providers, coordinate every moving part, and catch problems early, so you can breathe easier, find the silver lining in your aging journey, and focus on what matters most: connection, dignity, and peace of mind.

Kelly Iceton, the founder of A Silver Lining

Founder of A Silver Lining

As a daughter, I've had to navigate complex medical systems from far away, feeling helpless while my father faced cancer in another state. I founded A Silver Lining to offer support and guidance to older adults and their families after many years of witnessing how frequently older adults fall through the cracks, not because people don't care, but because the system is complicated, fragmented, and overwhelming.

A Silver Lining exists to be the steady presence you can count on during this period of chaos and overwhelm. The advocate who stands beside you, whether you're navigating your own healthcare decisions or supporting a loved one through theirs. The expert who translates the medical language, coordinates all the moving parts, and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

You can breathe now. We'll figure this out together.
