Kelly Iceton, the founder of A Silver Lining

Founder of A Silver Lining

As a daughter, I've had to navigate complex medical systems from far away, feeling helpless while my father faced cancer in another state. I founded A Silver Lining to offer support and guidance to older adults and their families after many years of witnessing how frequently older adults fall through the cracks, not because people don't care, but because the system is complicated, fragmented, and overwhelming.

A Silver Lining exists to be the steady presence you can count on during this period of chaos and overwhelm. The advocate who stands beside you, whether you're navigating your own healthcare decisions or supporting a loved one through theirs. The expert who translates the medical language, coordinates all the moving parts, and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

You can breathe now. We'll figure this out together.

"Kelly is an amazing aging life care manager. I lived out of state when my father had a medical episode in Florida. She helped work through the litany of medical tests and what they meant. She gave recommendations on next steps. When I needed someone to go with my dad to a doctor appt, she was there to advocate. Being so far away, I was at loss. She calmed me. Clear communication. No sugar coating but very caring in voice. Highly detailed but also not overwhelming. She was the bright spot in this dark period."

Trish H.
